I've decided to make a scammers thread concerning Bitcoin Magazine and my order with them that has not been received.

I emailed help@bitcoinmagazine.com about 24 hours ago and still have not received a response (UNACCEPTABLE):

How long does it take to send my magazines I purchased on Nov 11th? WTF!!

Here is the PM between me and Mihai several weeks ago concerning my order.

Please accept my sincere apologizes for this situation. I have personally checked our database and it appears that we have sent you the magazines. The magazines have been sent in separate envelopes, you should receive issue #3 and #4 in another envelope. When you have received the first envelope containing issue #2?

We are in the process of migrating our stuff from the .net and .co.uk to the .com domain. We will have a press release by Monday, announcing the changes that the magazine and company will go/has gone through.

The reason why your emails are not responded/bounced back is because we are moving to a new ticket system also. Please start using from now on help@bitcoinmagazine.com to reach our support staff.

Please let me know when you have received the first envelope, that way we can figure out if it got lost in transit or if it's still on the way to you. As a sidenote - both envelopes were sent at the same time.

I received issued #2 on November 26th.

I have not received the other two issues.

How do we proceed with this?

That is strange. I could reship you next week #3, #4 and a complimentary #5 issue. We are going to announce #5 officially today/tomorrow. Would this be ok with you?

Hi there,

Your #3 and #4 mags have been reshipped on Monday, December 3rd. The #5 orders, including your complimentary issue, will be shipped starting December 10.

Where are the mags shipped from and where are you?  If it's the Russian post I assure you you can forget about receiving anything early, same as Argentina.

I've never had trouble with mail from, Poland, Spain, Austria or France and USA.

I think it was just lost in transit. Maybe they marked your address wrong, maybe you said your address wrong, doubtful that it's a scam.
