Condition: The Scammer should pull the scams in streak of Three , without Failure.

PROS:  after reading this thread , People will be aware that who are likely to scam them.

CONS: Scammers will fight with their Jr.Accounts or New Scams to get the bonus , but I wont give them eventually.
