Many ppl are selling it here! You could review them and get a rough idea. How much can you earn for one month? And Domain name is another factor as well! Or either way you could open an auction to see how much it will go! It is the most easy to sell it!

In my experience, for non-bitcoin related websites it's usually between 6 months and 3 years worth of income.
The difference between 6 months and 3 years depends on the age of the site (the older the site, the longer), the branding (more branding => longer), the steadyness of the income and the fact if the site is growing (or steady-state, or declining).
How much do you make on a monthly basis with this site?

I don't think it would be much; as you don't have any custom themes on your site, people are just paying for the already established pageviews. I'd personally pay $25-30 max for it.

From the statistics you have mentioned ,I doubt someone will pay 0.05 for it.800 views a day are really sad,even for adsense (which is banned for faucets lately)it can only generate only $1-$5 everyday.Why not do some SEO and get a good traffic ,around 5000-10.000 a day?Your faucet would be sold for much more higher price.
