I'm a blacksmith by trade. Looking to make some more bitcoin since I have not been mining lately.

Types of things I make;

Knives (Fixed blade)
 - Cook
 - Hunting
 - Patterned Damascus Steel / regular
Machetes
Bottle openers
Blacksmithing Tongs
Grill forks/Knives
Hookeroon (tool for moving firewood)
Froe (tool for splitting wood into planks/shingles)
Other things.

I like to re-purpose objects. Wrenches, machine parts, other interesting things. For knives anything from a tool steel is great. For other items as long as I can forge it. You can send me an item and I can make into a bottle opener or somthing neat.

Here are a couple of things I've made.

Wrenches...
From top BBQ fork, BBQ Knife (razor sharp), Bottle opener, Cheese Fork, Cheese Knife

Knives made from chainsaw chains

I do not make swords.

If you are seriously interested, let me know.

All of the things you've made look really neat. Do you work with high-carbon steel, say 1095? Do you have any pictures of machettes? Do you have a sheath to go with one? What kind of price would you charge for a machette?

Thanks,
Teran

Your stuff is amazing. I deal a bit with silver, so I can really appreciate your work. How much for a wrench bottle opener?

Curious about the wrench bottle opener too. Would you be able to inscribe custom text on it by any chance?

Thank you very much!

Around 1.5 BTC (about $20) if its a cheap wrench. If you want a craftsman or snap on the price goes up by the cost of the wrench.

I can punch text into it. Not a ton, depends on space available. Initials (two/3 letters) could be included. Beyond 3 letters would be an extra charge.

You'll have to talk to the Federal Reserve about that. Last I checked they are counterfitting bills at a very high rate.

Teren, Sorry i did not reply sooner. Anything forged with a cutting edge will be high carbon steel. 1070-1095 or quality scrap steel. If the blade edge has an issue with hardness I will replace it.

I have not made any Machette's lately and do not have any photos. What style are you looking for?

Hi Bitjet,

Not a problem! I'm thinking something fairly basic, like this:

Maybe a 24" blade or so.

Thanks,
Teran.

Would it be possible for you to make a small brand with the Bitcoin logo about the size of a nickle? About how much would you ask for such a project. PM me if you need more details please.

Still doing these? I'd be interested in one of the Damascus type for an Opinel.

Yes, not sure what an Opinel is though.
