1)Games with Higher buy-in
2)Instead of giving away of free 1 mbtc( create one 250 mbtc tourney one day and make it free to enter)
3)It is new so design i will say so-so (decent).Develop it as you grow up with your user  base .

1. Big promotions. Betcoin.TM are currently trying to get their fair share from BTC poker and have really decent freerools and promotions like 50 and 100 mBTC guaranteed tournaments.

2. Huge UI improvements, starting with bigger card images, adding play money games (so to be able to test site) and many more. For example your favico.png is looking like constantly waiting to load page in browser.

Promotions are always great, but not all site are afford to lose some money for that. Especially freerolls, most freerolls will be only used by freerollers who are only play on freeroll then cash out when they win.

I dont think they need to add play money, because they offers free 1mbtc when our balance is low. It can be used to test the site even more worth than play money. But yes, they need to improve the UI..the cards too small and I dont like the white background, it hurts my eyes if I stay too long on the table.

cool little site. There was no one on so I was not able to see the poker room. I think some of the other users have the right idea about the way you distribute the bitcoin. I think even 2-3 100mbtc tournaments will bring in some players. But you also want to attracted the people who aren't really looking to play free rolls because they have their own coin. Maybe something like a Deposit bonus or a nice percentage of rake back to users that deposit a certain amount. What I really like about this site (Without actually seeing the poker room yet) is the fact that anyone can host a game or tournament. I could see all kinds of possibilities for leagues and tournaments to be ran by clubs, forums and websites. I would allow the option to make the tournaments/games password protected so a company could limit a game to their players and users and promote how they please. You might actively search out sites that are willing to host free rolls. If you work together, you would both get good advertising and in the end I think if the poker site is even decent you will have players that stick around your poker room. I signed up and will be looking forward to playing there. Best of luck.

I felt the site is very very Bootstrapish and there is no flash content on the website at all! Which is a turn off for a gambler playing actual casinos.Had it been a simple dice site ,its understood but playing poker and stuff does need a decent UI.I would recommend making the website more attractive since its lacking colors and that entire feel.You know what I mean?

If the board or cards are too small you can enable scaling with the Actions dropdown button on the game page.

There were certain compromises that were necessary to make this work on as many platforms as possible, which is why Java and Flash were not used. Most other poker sites are very cluttered and needlessly complicated to first time users.

An option to set a password or have a hidden tournament will be added shortly. And what about having weekly tournaments with a double or triple bonus instead of a freeroll? So the 300mBTC would have 100mBTC paid by the players and the rest by the house.

I'm in the room.  I couldn't find a game going so I logged out until there's action.  I got the bonus and I'm ready to play....Let's get this thing going so we can work out the bugs....it'd be nice to find few good regulars to kick this off.  A poker site needs its regulars....are you thinking about how your reg's will be comped yet?  Maybe a few prop players???

saw the picture of the poker table i gotta saw it could use some improvements. I for one don't much care if its super sleek and new looking, the poker fairness and the game is much more important. but this looks a bit to simple even for my tastes, even just a little upgrade on the cards could help. also im noticed when it comes time to bet, there isnt a bet the pot button or 1/2 the pot. I find these really useful when you need to make a fast move. these little things i think can make or break your table.

That would be nice one! But you know since no one yet made withdraw from your site , it could be a problem, people will feel insecure depositing money to site who didn't yet confirmed legitimate. So for first week freeroll would be better I guess.

Provably Fair Shuffling is interesting. I don't think I've ever seen that before in a poker site (not talking about video poker or "All-In" poker).

What is the Site Rake
The site rake is 3% on cash games and 10% on tournament buy-in fees.

What is the Rake Cap if any? And is that 3% rake on cash games no matter how many players?

Any VIP/Rewards program and/or rakeback planned?

I've tried to withdraw the free 1mbtc, and I received it to my wallet instantly. And I think it is not good to the site, since the free bits can be withdrawn directly, people may use it as just a faucet site (guaranteed 1mbtc for every 4hours). Better to increase the minimum withdraw to avoid abuse of the free bits feature.

I'm coming right now!  I sure hope I can learn a little bit more about the game from one of the veterans of the sport.  Hopefully, a few more see this post and jump into the game to provide some support!

I found mine in my account....There should be a place at the top that says something like "get free coins."  Come find me at the tables.  I'm ready to play right now!  I've already played some and made a withdrawal just to check the withdrawal process....It went thru quickly but there are a few miner bugs.
