Rules for the contest?

#1 I will require a MINIMUM of 5 QUALITY ENTRIES, to be solely determined by me.

#2 I reserve the right to end the contest early if a signature design WOWS me, but I will give ALL participants involved 24 hours notice prior to ending early.

#3 SOFT Deadline of February 1, 2016 at 11:59pm Eastern Forum Time. But again if I do NOT have a MINIMUM of 5 Quality Entrants this will be extended at my sole discretion.

#4 MULTIPLE Unique Design Entries are allowed, and YES the same Designer COULD Win BOTH Prizes. But if designs are SIMILAR from the same user? They will be considered ONE ENTRY and will only collect one prize. So if you do submit MULTIPLE Entries please make sure they are unique unless you're willing to take ONE prize for both of the similar designs.

#5 In the unlikely event I'm incapacitated or become unavailable to make a decision for this contest after the 5 minimum LEGITIMATE entrants and FEBRUARY 1ST deadline has past? The Escrow'er: NEOTOX has the right to choose 1st and 2nd, collect the bbcodes for the FULL / SENIOR /HEROE-LEGENDARY Sig Ads, and then pay out prize money as they see fit. He can email my friend the source codes afterwards.

I reserve the right to add to these rules if i decide I have forgotten something important. I will try to keep this thread clean from sig trolls and spammers the best I can.
