The distribution is only 1% of the total coins to be mined.The total amount 92 233 720 000 000 000 is quite large but the coin is available only upto 2 decimal places which makes it worthy.

That was also limiting the invites a fair person can send , because with a Jade most of the budget was gone.
And it is better to be able to get several persons invited rather than 2-3.

Second step is to review accounts with similar email but for a digit at the end or coming from the same IPs and disable the distribution.
That is a tad invasive but otherwise the fair minded people that don't resort to this would be affected.

If possible,you can limit the number of private keys that can be imported to wallet.People are importing multiple keys to the same wallet.

I don't know but I think is the largest give away of any crypto currency I've known correct me if I am wrong but yes there should be a measure for multiple accounts,honestly here in our home we have 5 different account on  one ip but these are all my relatives and they are all facebook verified account,I never advice them to double account just refer other people,we must distribute this to as many people as possible

in wallet go Help>Debug>Console   the write addnode (and the node)

then another

you dont have to add all just do 3 or 4 and see how it goes
