Yeah , is not a very good first post yeah ... But I'm new here and is the reality, for first trade i've maked I was scammed .
I buy BTC at the current price , Really I have no price, we can discuss.

Why are you okay with doing trades like that? To a scammer (not calling the OP out or anything, but it is a common technique to scam money), high prices don't mean anything - nor do trade volume caps.

Because I need to liquidate my bitcoin. I invested in bitcoin last month in a hope that I would get high price or atleast same price when I would sell it this month as I was expecting to buy something.Unfortunately bitcoin price has gone below the price at which I bought it I have to make up for this loss somehow

Yeah no one, because no one wants to be scammed.  Please understand that if I'm looking to sell bitcoin, there's no way in fuck I'm going to take PayPal from a noob (YOU).  Too many scams going on here, that's just the reality.  Why don't you try something like wesellcrypto.com?  Their markup is pretty fat, but at least you can lay your greasy hands on some coins quickly.  It doesn't matter if you use escrow around here with PayPal.
