After seeing your thread just checked with site, the support system is very bad and their is so many suspicious is their in this site , how can you deposit so much big amount in any site without check about the site reputation, their are so many good sites who are running genuine.

That is correct. If site is not reputed it is not advisable to deposit so big amount. Bad luck and don't think they may give you back your money. This is one of the reason I don't like to play games where people ask to open account and deposit for playing game. I use directbet to bet on sports and never deposit money in to any gambling sites so for.

It is a quite big lose. Looks like you may not get back your money from this site. Don't ever deposit big amounts in unknown sites. You can find quite good sites in this forum to gambling, why did you choose that site to deposit 1BTC? Always check site reputation before depositing big money.

It is not like that their are good sites where you can deposit and play sports betting like Anonibet, Nitrogen, in this sites you can deposit and earn good and their is no problem with withdraw procedure. Directbet concept is different and most of the users like it, but the odds are very less compared to other sites.

I think its best if you move this thread or make a new one in scam accusations section and add proofs, screenshots, transaction id, email to support etc. to back up your claims because this looks like it maybe another scam, considering they haven't responded in a week.

sorry to hear about your loss.
there must be a bug in their code. these unknown (and mostly new) sites always have all sorts of crazy bugs. hopefully somebody sees your post and avoids them in the future.

Ya it will be correct if you post a new thread in scam accusation section and feed all the proof of your account and transaction details , this will atleast give the other players not to go and invest in that site, you can also post the details with proof to their thread, so that they will respond it quickly

Why not gamble on a trusted site? I don't think any of us have even heard of betinbtc, let alone gamble there. Why this place?

Also, If I remember correctly, this site looks exactly like a templated one i've seen before. If you honestly want a good casino, go to cryptogames or betcoin.tm.

I played there some months ago (when it started), but got 0.1 BTC limit (on new accounts too) so I left.

Wow, deposited 400 but only got 40?  It doesn't sound like it was an intentional theft.  I would keep trying to contact support....I've had things like that happen too and didn't get a response from support.  Funny thing is that we don't realize how bad support is until we need them.  In fact, sometimes I'll contact support on a site I'm thinking about depositing on with a miner issue to to check their response level.  It really sucks to find out there's no support until it's too late....Hopefully this thread will get them to act.

Hopefully this is just a bug/fuck up made via the website. It doesn't look like something that would constitute a scam. A scam would more likely refuse to pay out a win rather than take your initial stake.

Like others have said, make sure you start a scam accusation thread to put some pressure on the site. They won't want the bad publicity over what is a relatively small amount.
