There is no way of telling this... On average, it'll take 6 blocks (according to blockchain), an average block takes 10 minutes... So on average, it should take 60 minutes...
However, if there are a lot of transactions in the memorypool, people having higher fees, pools that include 0 transactions in their block,... It can take (a lot) longer, or a lot faster (if you're lucky)...

Seems like the unconfirmed transaction backlog is increasing again so it's going to be a while longer than the one hour I initially suspected.   I tried to rebroadcast your tx - I think coinb.in was successful (I didn't get an error message).

how much unconfirmed transactions are considered high?

because according to blockchain,info it is 2800 right now and i always though a number around 10-15K was high!

I was able to broadcast it via one of the sites earlier. It might be better to just wait though. IIRC its 2-3 days for blockchain.info wallets, you might be able to speed things up by contacting their support. Its very unlikely that the TX will confirm.
