Also, for a "brand new" 34GB iphone quality, id say it'd be worth over $200?

Op, I have an iPhone 5s Space Gray 16GB Factory Unlocked by Verizon. No scratches, looks brand new. But looks like you've already got offers for less than retail value. If I were you, I'd just wait until the new iPhone comes out. That's when all the old ones are cheaper.

100$ is a bit low for 5s, it is sold in my local market for around 200$+ with box and all accessories easily so you should increase your offer.
Its is not a bad phone and its price drops very slowly in short apple products value doesn't decrease that much as compared to Samsung.
