@OP if you really want a free logo ,use any of the only tools available but they're quite limited to free users.Check out 99designs.com,you can get your logo done here for as cheap as $4 and the quality will be excellent since they have quite professional designers.

Hmm logo video, maybe he wan't to say he can make .gif picture. Absolutely the OP need free one, i have free sofware you can made it for logo just find on google with keyword "logo creator download"
