I can SSH to 192.168.1.99 but cannot get anything to work using a browser.

The browser comes up with:Bad Gateway
The process did not produce any response

Any suggestions?

No need to two threads.  I gave some advice in other - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=702653.msg13725961#msg13725961

You might lock this thread and use other.  It is in a board with a lot more traffic over there.
