I have huge amount of data such as tickers, order books snapshots from three main altcoin exchanges.

What is the use of the order book of some altcoin exchanges, it's like a ledger history but what is the use of it, I'm curious!
You may analyse it and make some predictions based on moves in orderbook. With those data you can analyse orderbook's "behaviour".
When i trade i don't check in detail the orderbook, i just look at the chart of the coin and read in forum what is happening with that coin, is there any issue with the exchanges about releasing the coins etc, but your order book snapshots maybe for 'specialist' will be very useful.
Of course there's no need to buy it if you won't use it;)
Experience is neccesary for trading, but there is many other variables which drive market price. Those data allow to discover some of them. I don't have to do good PR - specialists know what knowledge is in it!
