for a normal transaction 3 blocks

for mining maturity it is 40 blocks

For staking?
I have coins with more then 2000 confirmations, but have
no mature coins for staking.

It appears like PoS not working. Stress test failed Cheesy

Stress Coin

stratum+tcp://stratum.tekyboy.tk:19014
wallet address as username
password of your choice (it does not matter what you choose)

port 19014 is vardiff
Payouts every 60 mins; minimum 1 STS

Isnt 1 STS a bit high with 0.01 reward?iff you got 5 miners they need 500 blocks at least before one payout

Dev, are you going to say something about non-working PoS?
Without working PoS, its pointless to mine.

Pos works people you just don't have enough coins. There is only going to be 1k coins rom pow unless changed. it will take time to get some wieght unless we up pow reward to 0.1 or 2k blocks or something

I got like 1.05 in my wallet for about 10h and still nothing - Not staking because you don't have mature coins.In op staking age 1h ,so something is wrong.

I have even more coins for about 40h and also have no mature coins.

I see that you changed pow reward for blocks 5250-7500, but how it will
affect the situation with no mature coins?

Coin-age must be a minimum of 1 coin-day.

That's the problem.

So as long as you are now using the new wallet you will be able to stake.

And yes rewards have been changed at block 5250 - 7500 the reward will be 0.1 instead o 0.01 to get staking moving a bit better with a ew more coins. after block 7500 it will return back down to the usual reward of 0.01 per block till block 100k

// ppcoin: total coin age spent in block, in the unit of coin-days.
bool CBlock::GetCoinAge(uint64_t& nCoinAge) const
{
    nCoinAge = 0;

    CTxDB txdb("r");
    BOOST_FOREACH(const CTransaction& tx, vtx)
    {
        uint64_t nTxCoinAge;
        if (tx.GetCoinAge(txdb, nTxCoinAge))
            nCoinAge += nTxCoinAge;

    if (nCoinAge == 0) // block coin age minimum 1 coin-day
        nCoinAge = 1;
    if (fDebug && GetBoolArg("-printcoinage"))
        printf("block coin age total nCoinDays=%"PRId64"\n", nCoinAge);
    return true;
}

Do you even know what a coin-day is?

How large are your inputs?  If your staking light just flipped on, you must have combined a bunch of small inputs into a larger one, like 1 coin inputs at the bare minimum.

I would advise everyone who solo mined to combine all your 0.01 coin inputs immediately.  Just send all your coins to yourself.
