What do you think will be the price of BTC at the moment of halving?

I would think that it would go up to around 550. The price won't double, I'm sure, and some miners may drop out due to the lessened reward, but perhaps the rest of them will keep the price up to this level. An increased demand may arise before the halving, in preparation for it.

I think the increase would be 1/4th of the price before the halving. For instance if the price is at $400 before it happens, after the halving taking place, it will rise up to $500 even though the rewards become half only but this is only if the halving would be the factors and other things not be taken into consideration.

I think that the price of Bitcoin will be around $600 at the time of halving. Maybe a bit less.

It won't increase to the double probably unless people start buying a lot before the halving , because halving will halve upcoming coins and not existing ones.
So I'd say we will be like 1 000$ per BTC. (It's going to rise with time then a little bit more with halving)

700 is the best spot on as unstable value, but the peak may be even 2k for all we know

look the last peak was 1200 and the bottom was 200, 6x difference, so if it will happen again it can be 700 new bottom and 4xxx new peak, pretty crazy

Bitcoin halving is starts from 400$ and more only. That means price will be 800$ and more according to the speculation. Personally I guess it would reach up to 900 $

i go for $700 at the exact moment of the block halving as i think there will be a huge pump that will bring the price there. if we stay around $500 then a lot people will be disappointed.

Like you say we cannot know for sure but I believe when the halving date hits us we will be either mid 2's or where we are now after a pump in the couple of months leading to the halving.
Why do I think that?
Because most newbie and oldtimer here thinks they know what whales are going to do and it is assured to get a massive pump lol.
I don't believe that or follow sheep I think we may have already had the halving priced in on the recent jump so then we will get the dump on the news/date.
If I am wrong we still have a pump to come but there will always be a dump after as always and that will be a little before the halving so we will be around this same price is my guess.

I think that, as always, bitcoin will do exactly the opposite to what people think.
Yes, the halving is mostly priced in, but whales will make another huge prehalving pump ( the first was in october-november, remember that we  doubled the price and we still there). But before july the whales may dump a lot of bitcoins with a good profit rate. And newbies that think also. So I would say that the price will be around 300$ at the moment of halving. But before or after that, in 2016, we will see 4 digits.

All in USD
Perhaps a 5% of a new ATH at Halving 15% in the top 20% Quantile of ATH and 40% near average, with a 20% chance of it being lower.

The price rise makes users happy and profitable. This time it is strange to see such a situation taking place. Only the market growth and the share market will this time confirm whether there is increase in the price of bitcoin after the halving takes place.
