Goals:- Ensure this delegate node maintains maximum forging up-time through redundancy, active protection & system monitoring.
- Support blockchain app development projects through a special app development fund.
- Reward voters with a stake in the app development fund.
Details:- AWS Sydney. 1 active node + minimum 1 backup node always running
- 4Gb RAM, 2xvCPU, SSD (can be upgraded in under 10 minutes if required)

- access to up to 20 IP Addresses with near-instant allocation
- detailed server & network monitoring
- email notifications for CPU, RAM, Network events
- email & phone alerts when triggered by log events
- 5 minutes spin-up time to spawn new node from snapshot
- ability to provision a new node for most geographic regions
Income from this delegate node will be used to strengthen the Lisk eco-system and provide profit-sharing app development.
Initially all generated Lisk will be kept for voting weight to secure the network.
Proposed* allocated as follows:
- 50% Blockchain Application Development Fund Profit Share Pool
- 20% Lisk Financed Forever Fund
- 30% Server Maintenance. Running Expenses.
Blockchain Application Development Fund: Draft Proposal * Details TBC.
- First investment will not be within the first 6 months following the launch of Lisk.
- Fund will invest in the development of applications which offer investors a return via tokens in their blockchain.
- Lisk accounts which have voted for this 'freddag' delegate node will be allocated a stake in the App Development Fund.
App Development Fund: Example* Allocation- Voting accounts must contain minimum 100* Lisk to be included in the allocation.
- Allocation range is 1 to 9. These 9 casting bins are determined by the weighted min/max range of voting account balances.
- Allocation into these 9 bins is based on voter balance & ratio of possible:actual times voted.
