No, if the price does not go higher than what you bought at, then it's not a good time.

It is obviously good if you are going to change, but maybe you can also save and wait.
Or if you really need money that you can sell it, but you know you risk that it might be worth more.

Give it a chance wait for couple of days and then see what is going on.
But don't get comfortable too much you always must watch situation from hours to hours..
After every dump you can see bounce..

I think trade is pretty good, but it's best to save it you should not be so greedy.
Wait quietly and gradually saving and spending later if you really want and can.

this is exactly what i mean that altcoin price is very unstable because could rise up more than 50% in a day but possible to suddenly down more than 80% only in a few hours but for DEUR i think that the price not so low and the current price 210 satoshi per DEUR

I sold it all 475 DEUR i buy it at 1000 sats and sold it for 200 sats
