Hi!

I have some space at my home for some miners. I could host some miners for 10 euro cents /kWh. I would not collect any additional fees. Of course you would pay for sending your equipment (miner + PSU) to me and back to you.

Price would be based on miner's nominal consumption, corrected with PSU's efficiency.

Price for e.g. Antminer S7 with PSU with 92% efficiency would be 1293W/0.92 = 1405W x 24h x 10c/Kwh = 3.37 €/day.

If you are interested we could work out some escrow deal as I understand sending your equipment to a stranger is a problem. Of course I can't offer full value escrow deposit without some time limit to many people, as it would lock a lot of my money.

I live in Finland.

Yes. That is the problem. I was thinking about some kind of deposit to escrow which would be released step by step. But as I said I can't keep my money locked forever.

Do you have some suggestions?

Reading other thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1348526.0 I don't think your ready to host.   And that goes before the trust issues.  You will have to prove a LOT to host.

I mean how many amps do you have? What is cooling solution?  Do you have insurance that covers miners in event of fire? .... there are a TON of varibles.  And getting trust is not easy.

^The actual question in this thread was not technical but how to resolve the trust issue, I.e. people sending their miners to stranger.

Trust is a issue, but also cooling and how and where you keep the hardware too is.
That helps the trust too, some pics with location maybe ?

Even if you are offering a nice deal, there's no way I was to send my miners to someone I didn't know. I need to have some plan of making yourself recognized as trusted...

Your total fee is quite high. Even if you are honest person. The S7 will not be profitable in a few months.

So this definitive conclude this thread? You are offering no more potential hosting services.
However, I have one question for you - how much do you pay for 1 Kwh in Finland?
It seems that nordic countries seems to be miners heaven as price of electricity are awesomely low there.

My profit would have been very small, as I said, It would have been a hobby. I'm paying approximately about 8 cents/kWh, so not very cheap at all. But I would have been able to use the waste heat somewhat.
