I just found a site that shows you all the different search operators for google.. and i'm like, oh neat, we can get definitions instantly, that's kinda handy I always just google the word anyway and click on the dictionary links that pop up..

so i try define:bitcoin, and voila, it's a digital currency.  Then they show you a URL to wiktionary.org in the definition blub, and if you go there, the page has been deleted.  So Google is displaying the definition but it has been since deleted...  soo...  someone should go to that wiki page and put bitcoin back up there!

So.. I think nowadays we should have some good references for it?  Seems ridiculous there's a dictionary out there with bitcoin added then removed.

Wiktionary's inclusion policy includes very few proper nouns. Linux, Hasbro, Twitter (excluding the actual sound made by birds) are all not present. Bitcoin seems currently hard to pass as a generic term. Maybe wait a few years.
