What is the best strategy to find a bitcoin address out of thousands of Bitcointalk.org posts?

Background: I want to make a deal with a user and I want him to sign a message before. He has 1000+ posts and I need to find a posted address older than 3 months.

Any suggestions?

Maybe it would be better to post a request for help, and let the member contact you. There are a lot of helpful people here.

I wouldn't be any use though, as I'm still a relative newbie

Maybe like you copy and paste the address in a search bar. And from the result you can find the address and someone who post it.

Since you know the address, go to google.com

INSERT_ADDRESS:bitcointalk.org

wrong, if you check what he posted it is clear that he wants to find an address that an account has posted for him to ask a signed message from it (old address ofcourse) and if he already found one, using the search box in the top of the pages is enough, google isn't really needed Smiley

That was not the question though. The question was how to find any address someone posted. If OP knew the address they wouldnt need to search for it.
