After getting jerked around by the servers in the default list of Windows 10 (yeah I'm lame) time servers I found the US Navy of all organizations was nice enough (LOL) to give me the time of day.

Well that worked great for about 24 hours, the navy server now behaves like the others. Sad I wonder how long before the guys who rely on this server cause shit-storm?
