Sorry,you have too small minimum rewards,100 or 150 satoshi just do not attract users.I think it is better to increase rewards and increase the time between claim.

There's no rules when is the best time to claim,sometimes depends on the day of the week.On weekends, the situation is quite bad and faucet quickly dry up because people are free and have more time so the faucets experience more pressure.Some faucets belonging to the same owner so when one faucet is dry and others who share the same balance are also dry.For faucets with "safety limits" only and best time is as Holdaaja say,on every half or full hour.Some add very little balance so you must be quick to claim,others add more satoshi and time for claim is longer.But if you do not try you're missing these rewards,I claim on my mobile phone and often have to get lucky

Actually he is making about 100k day with his own claims. And 20k from ref commissions so total 120k day.
So you can make 50k or even over 100k day without any referrals.
