IT depends on what contracts you get and at what time you start with those contracts, a lot should be taken into consideration since there's always some charges and ROI could be slower on some cloud mining sites, than the other. I would advise to look at HashNest: https://www.hashnest.com/ Their under Bitmain Tech and well trusted and have a good chance of being around longer than the other's out there. Yes, Bitcoin mining is just general term and becomes centralized! If you don't have cheap electricity or low maintenance costs, don't bother to do it. Cloud mining used to be very profitable for investors and providing companies! But the day has gone! Most of them turn to scam in the end.

The clouding mining can be profitable if you choose a reputable service provider. There are too many Ponzi scheme out there.

I have been into three cloud mining that actually are only ponzi scheme,if the company is not transparent and put emphasis on referrals rewards there is a big chance that it is a ponzi scheme based cloud mining,they should show and can show their data  base address and their payout wallet..

Have you tried Hashnest. I think it is quite good in the past. But I am not sure if you invest now, you can still ROI. The difficulty is rising too fast.

With the difficult to mining increasing every time only mining farms can have a good profit. Alone you won't have much sucess.

solo mining is not profitable looking at current difficulty level.
You better look at the trust those cloud mining sites have before investing on their plan, as most of them will turn into scam ponzi in future.

I think it depends of your country or if you have a free electricity it can be profitable using ant miner s7  but you should hold your bitcoin until halving  And i think this is the right time to mine because halving is nearly ended so that the value of the bitcoin will be double or more..
Base in my calculation(calculated via bitcoin profit calculator) using ant miner s7 you can still make 0.4-0.6 BTC monthly even its a little you can't earn it in any signature campaign and i'm sure the value of bitcoin will be double after halving ends..

Let me tell you my experience about cloudmining
I mined with GAW/LTCGear > No profit/scam
I mined with Zeushash > No profit/scam
I mined with Genesis > No profit/scam
I mined with Hasnest> No profit

So no, I don't think there is profit to be made there.

It can in fact be very profitable if you can buy hash rates cheap. If you buy 10Ths+ from www.cloudmining.website, it'd cost only 7 BTC. At current difficulty, u'd make that in ~7 months. Rest of the 5 months is pure profit. A screenshot below shows how a third party cloud mining monitor made ROI with www.cloudmining.website within ~114 days, when difficulty was far low...

i had been invest at cloud mining site but was never ROI because they are run away with my money and the biggest problem with cloud mining is they are never can give users valid proof that they are real cloud mining and after that i had decided would never invest at cloud mining site anymore and also i think invest at cloud mining site is not profitable currently

Well offering cloud mining without a chance to get ROI is scamming too.
In that regard you can say 10 out of 10 are scam sites.

Hashnest used to be profitable but even they fail to deliver these days. That's the main reason so less users are buying cloud minig these days.
