I hope such thing will never happen.
I don't think that we will be able to survive such attack.
If ISIS or similar terrorist organization create and use such weapons I don't think we can defend ourselves.
It will be the end of our civilization.

We already have some form off biologic attack-zika virus, ebola, pig influence...nobody can be safe from viruses. Virus has components. One we take eating contaminated food and the other part they activate when they want. Like a bomb
