Looking for someone to implement Bitcoin-Qt's sign and verify message functionality in Java. Using either bouncycastle or the Java SE crypto libs.

Anyone who attempts this should note that it'll require you to implement ECDSA key recovery:

Preferably open source as sign-and-verify would be very useful in MultiBit too.
