I have $100 paypal balance want to buy BTC,i will go first to trust guy or use escrow.pm me thanks
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Someone may do this, but escrow is useless and it's always recommended to NOT do deals like this with newbies (you, OP).  I suspect you're scamming just like most other newbies who want to get bitcoin for their PayPal.  Folks around here are well aware that PayPal can be charged back.

Going first or escrow doesn't protects sellers from paypal chargeback, paypal dispute can opened with 180days so trading with a newbie using reversible payment method is risky, try virwox or localbitcoins

You might have done a trade, but there's no mention of it either by you or from the other party and given you registered fifteen days ago https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=732688

Your claims of doing a trade "a few weeks ago" http://archive.is/tOFcJ only just scrapes in as being partially truthful (the few weeks part that is)

Yeah, there is no record of the claimed trade.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
