This is what the staff there want you to believe. They say the same about buying invites but unless you're unlucky or someone grasses you up you you'll likely be fine. If you buy an invite and you use the same ip or pc as you did on your previous banned account they'll likely find you though. It's much safer to buy an invite rather than an account but maybe you just meant invite anyway.
