The first auction seemed to have quite a bit of interest. I think the forum downtime hurt a lot of the bidders so let's try this one more time!

Item:

2013 Casascius 1.0 BTC Brass MS67

Starting Bid: 1.0 BTC.

Bidding Increments: 0.01 BTC.

Shipping: Paid for by auction winner.

No Sniping: Auction ends 15 minutes after the last bid.

Ending Date: February 3rd @ 1:00 PM PST http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/usa/los-angeles

Escrow is always welcome but will be at the buyers expense.

Let's get some bids!   Grin

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I know, I've sent them a message, I'll see if he/she will reply. If you would like to match the bid or simply beat wttbs you will be the winner if they default.  I would prefer someone with trust/an older account but everyone has to start somewhere.

Ok, this is the winning bid. I messaged them when the bid was placed, approximately 6 hours ago about making a deposit to show that it was a real bid but haven't received a response yet. I'll wait another 4 hours to give them the benefit of the doubt and then it will default to:

Ok I'll bid 1.37 BTC if the last bidder does not pay

Thanks for participating everyone  Grin
