Not sure if you mean by truly fair that you will win all the bets you will place, but none site has been made by now as such, sorry  . Coming to the point, there are many provably fair sites like primedice, etc .. just surf little more here and you will find tons  |

Fair in the sense what are you assuming that you will win on that sites, then i think you are in a wrong side, in the gambling casino you will always lose at the end, that is my own personal experience, if you are playing poker with real peoples then their are chances of winning.
If you are playing sports betting then their are lot of sites who are doing very fair, in directbet.eu you can get all most all sports betting bets live inplay and it is fair enough and even the betting system is also very good and unique.

That's why there is House Edge, they will always win at the end if you're betting against them even if they are Provably Fair. If you want fair gamble, bet against people as well.

All depends of what you call "fair" and what type of gambling you want. Most gambling sites are provably fair which means they're not lying to you by cheating. But they might have a huge edge house |

Well to be honest i think that there are a pot of high quality websites that are fair in the bitcoin world i think that one of the best websites out there is luckyb.it i play there really often and sometimes even manage to win money

Never tried this one. If you're looking for a casino or poker I'd say betcoin! But otherwise it's all the dice sites that are cool. Very popular amoung btc holder. Most of them are equivalent, I even play on Yobit from time to time xD But Primedice is the most known on the dice scene, probably the most reliable too... |

Is better see not only the provably fair system, because i think the 99% of the site in this section have provably fair , but is better see the trust of owner. Generally, i don't play to new site, can is provably fair, but can already don't pay later you have win.
For gambling i suggest directbet and bitstarz, for only dice game, primedice

Most sites that are represented in this forum are provably fair and many have a solid history of payouts. Any of the casinos would meet the specifications you wanted. If you want dice, Crypto-Games and BitDice are good options. If you are interested in different fun games you can have a look at FastBets (some of the games they have are really fun). MoneyPot might also be a good choice as they also have a wide variety of games. |

Great looking site, but I ran into two "Something went wrong errors" in 5 minutes and had the bits from those bets disappear :-P I was playing the chart bet with just the 10 bits that started in my balance, so definitely not a big deal. But it makes me think twice about depositing and playing with my own btc. Happy to hear you like the site. Unfortunately you ran into an error that I am aware about since a few days already but have not gotten around to fixing yet. When you go broke on Chart Bet we display the "Something went wrong" message instead of the "You just went broke" message (the precise explanation is a bit more complicated, feel free to ask and I will explain, just don't want to hijack this thread with a discussion on how Chart Bet works :-). Most of the sites here are provably fair. But if you want to be sure go for the bigger/older sites with good reputation, and let others testing the brand new sites . Always do a search on this board for a given casino before you make any deposits, you will find out quickly from the feedbacks if there are any issues with that site. |

Most of the gambling sites are fair. You might read negative reviews but its usually from people who risked too much and lost it all. Just search for a review on this forum first and you should be fine.

Which makes hard for people to judge a gambling site... Some people even ask for a refund after they lose too much money in a casino! And then they say the casino is responsible whereas they just had to play only what they could afford to lose! |
