Migo Ranch & Farms is a sole-proprietor fish-farming business registered in the Republic of Kenya.

The business was one of the 1,000 businesses selected by Tony Elumelu Foundation (www.tonyelumelufoundation.org) from across African continent for training, mentorship and funding.

The business received $5,000 in August 2015 and immediately started construction of fish ponds. 20 fish ponds have already been constructed of which 8 have already been stocked with fingerlings. Stocking of the ponds is staggered to ensure that fish mature for harvesting at different months. This will ensure that the business has fish to sell in any given month.

The business will realize its first fish harvest and sale at the end of February 2016 (this month). There is serious need to stock the other fish ponds with fingerlings in addition to constructing more ponds. This has been brought about by order enquiries received from hotels, restaurants and hospitals.

I have now set out to source for a loan amounting to 3BTC. This will be enough to stock the other fish ponds and construct more.

I invite you to consider investing in this business. You are free to ask any question(s) you may have or email me for the necessary documentation that you will certainly need to verify the business and the business owner.

Thank you.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I disagree. I am not a stranger here. I am a newbie. I am also not begging, am only offering you an investment opportunity. I thought you were going to ask me for the necessary documentation to ascertain the authenticity of the opportunity. I welcome you to invest. Thank you.

I guess you'll be better off asking a loan on btcjam... If you have no problem identifying yourself, they should be able to give you a reasonable rating, and you'll have a good chance of securing a 3 BTC loan.
On this forum, however, the chances are near 0.

why would i invest to you if there is no guarantee that i will get my money back if what you are saying is true? why do you think we will risk our money investing to a stranger? give you our money and dont expect to recieve it back?

mark coins, i really appreciate your valid concern. Even so, not every newbie is here to get money then vanish into thin air, no. I believe that there are newbies who are genuine and with good intentions. Please read the last parts of my post. I hope that you will appreciate the fact that i am prepared to share with you all information and documentation that will enable you verify my identity and that of my business. Thank you.

yes not every newbie here is only to scam but why you go here in the bitcoin forum just to ask for loan if you can go to your local bank instead? isn't that shady enough? ok for example i am willing to invest, you show me all information and documentation needed, what will i do to it if you start to run off with my money? should i print those documents and sell it to others to cover my money?

You do understand this is a loan section and not an loan investment section correct? You put up collateral for a collateralized loan and then you receive bitcoin. You just don't request bitcoin and receive it. How does anyone even legitimately know that the funds would even be going to what you are saying they will be used for?

After creating account in this Forum, the first post of the OP is Asking loan for $400 for 60 days,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1315821.msg13453312#msg13453312

I think OP is not new to this forum, he is well knowing about the forum and he has preplanned this scheme, then he should be knowing that without collateral a newbie on the first post itself is asking loan definitely he will get negative trust from DT .

First try to gain trust from this forum , then after understanding the procedure of loan with collateral , then you should apply, with giving your business document and details about you dont give assurity  that you wont cheat or scam and run away with the loan.

Thank you mark coins. I agree that i can go to a local bank. The only challenge is the loan terms and conditions. They are not business friendly at all. That is why i come here. Two, the information and documentation i provide are meant to enable you verify me and my business thus, if i and my business are genuine or not. Three, i cannot come here and provide my personal details and that of my business if am out to run away with anyone's money. Furthermore, you can easily get information relating to my business from Tony Elumelu Foundation. Thank you.

Thank you Duomo for that information. In regard to whether or not any money i receive will go into what i have indicated, well, yes, i am into fish farming and nothing else. Any money i receive will go into constructing additional fish ponds.

Hi Pk880058. Well, thank you for your comment. The only thing i would like to say is that i do not have any scheme. I have posted to ask for a business investment. That is all.

You think we are so dumb to follow you just like that?

Migo Ranch & Farms is a sole-proprietor fish-farming business registered in the Republic of Kenya.
Where is the certificate of registration?

The business was one of the 1,000 businesses selected by Tony Elumelu Foundation (www.tonyelumelufoundation.org) from across African continent for training, mentorship and funding.
Website is down!

Proof? Where are the invoices and all? And no pictures of your farm? Awesome!

I have now set out to source for a loan amounting to 3BTC. This will be enough to stock the other fish ponds and construct more.
Better beg for 3 BTC on a local bank. I think you cannot do that because they will come after you if you do not return their loan in time. So you chose this forum Wink

Clearly proves a poor scam attempt!

I am extremely sorry. This is not a poor scam attempt as you put it. You have hidden your email address otherwise i would have sent you my business registration certificate. Sorry for the non-working organization link. The correct link is: https://tonyelumelufoundation.org. You can enquire about my business by emailing the director of the foundation using the following information:

Business name: Migo Ranch & Farms
Country: Kenya
TEEP ID: 171972

I thank you.

Why don't you look for a local lender?

Even if someone fulfills this loan how will you cash out the bitcoins in your country?

Thank you. My business has not made any sales yet and therefore cannot secure any funds from a local bank. Yes, Kenya has a very active bitcoin community and i can easily convert the same to Kshs.
