European Action Plan to end anonymity of bitcoin
By the end of the second quarter of 2016 several targeted amendments may be made to the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD4) affecting the anonymity of virtual currency exchanges and prepaid cards.

Bitcoin is semi-anonymous.

I already know exchanges include all the information of me within the transactions, that's why I simply use a mixer to get fresh coins in return. It's just a nonsense action if this plan turns out to be reality at some point. Let them also focus on pawn shops where people can easily sell physical gold and walk out the store with thousands of fiat in a matter of 5 minutes.
