This is probably the most expensive offer to build a wordpress site if you google sites that offer to create wordpress site none of them come to the $200 mark ,you can buy a hosting account with cpanel for only $5 a month and set up a wordpress blog..

A premium theme will only cost you $25 i don't know what are so especial on there sites ..
they are generic and I don't see premium plugins install on their samples sites

Hahah exactly the same as my mind I'm not sure someone will order a simple website with prices so high in my country just under $ 150 needed to the make the site like this + bonus SEO, but ok good luck for this business and immediately get the first subscriber

First of all, as everybody already knows, the price your asking is way more above average veteran websites developers ask for those kind of websites you mentioned as samples above. The following things are wrong regarding your offered services:
1. Over Priced
2. Fixed price (a real website developer never has a fixed price since each page could be different and require different web skills there for it's always within a range of prices)
3. Your new to the community therefor you should first give the cheapest prices (no matter what your skills are) and always give few vouches to the community so they could confirm your legitimacy
4. Your asking that price and still haven't included the hosting with it (even with a hosting plan, it's still pricey)
5. Lack of professionalism in terms of presentation of service offered here.

IIRC, it only cost me less than $30 to purchase premium wordpress theme on themeforest and some plugins that I bought on codecanyon which literally cost me less than $50. Overall, it only cost me less than $100 to completely set up my wordpress website.
