check this address:
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1FX4fnxikvhhK3cSxiuX9MkRPqpLJAr6Hz/transactions
https://blockchain.info/address/1FX4fnxikvhhK3cSxiuX9MkRPqpLJAr6Hz

This wallet is hosted on blockchain and all the transaction made are not appearing in blockchain and balance that is being shown is wrong

Blocktrail is showing many unconfirmed balance while blockchain shows nothing.

this wallet has $50
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/14vrdrwsNJK3AdnerLWVwq2PSSZJcJVqGq

but blockchain shows
$1.16
https://blockchain.info/address/14vrdrwsNJK3AdnerLWVwq2PSSZJcJVqGq

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You should be clear you are talking about blockchain.INFO not just "blockchain" since the block chain itself is perfectly fine.

While blockchain.info has had issues, to me it looks like they are all showing the same thing:

Amount: 0.13409499 unconfirmed  (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/14vrdrwsNJK3AdnerLWVwq2PSSZJcJVqGq  http://blockr.io/address/info/14vrdrwsNJK3AdnerLWVwq2PSSZJcJVqGq
)

And 0.00314081 BTC confirmed.

Maybe I am missing what you are worried about though.  ;-)

Maybe OP misunderstood how both sites show confirmed and unconfirmed funds.
In any case, if you don't trust 3rd party services to explore the blockchain, you can always do it yourself with your own node.

Problem is, the transcation that was been done via blockchain wallet is not appearing in the wallet.
This is my friend's wallet in which he has received $50 but blockchain is not showing it

https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/14vrdrwsNJK3AdnerLWVwq2PSSZJcJVqGq

There is 1 unconfirmed tx
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/0efe72bd6b0f31260c47ea222c3a6216a29e233ff7814019669f2d120a8e5fb9

but it is not showing in blockchain.info and wallet balance is also not showing it.
but blocktrail is showing that the fees attached to that tx is 0.001 BTC and still this tx is not confirmed.

What can i do to get this tx confirmed ?

Nothing really, it's too late for this one. Waiting is the best solution.
This can be avoided by setting a higher fee.

there are lots of unconfirmed transactions from the sending address, 1 reason might be the inputs in the transaction to you is unconfirmed too and without enough fees, maybe zero so it should be confirmed first before you get confirmation to your transaction

The question was already answered in his other thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1351758.msg13767362#msg13767362.

tl;dr there was a double spend in the transaction chain so it now it will never confirm.

I failed to notice earlier for your specific transaction, but for the latest transactions to confirm, all the previous transactions need to be confirmed as well.

Be careful when using unconfirmed funds.
