Anyone know how to get in contact with MagicalTux? I paid him for a domain name renewal back on 12/20 and after massive delays, stonewalling by his technical support department, etc, there still hasn't been resolution on my issue!

So now my domain name has expired and the clock is ticking...

Any help would be very much appreciated!

try irc freenode in the channel mtgox, contact MagicalTux.

Btw, what you experience is a known problem. Other providers may give better service!

Been using it for domain registration about a year now with no issues. Never sent any BTC directly to MagicalTux, however.

Still around.

He's only a VIP because he donated 50btc at one point. A few people have left him negative feedback though.

Ouch, I feel for you bro.

Under some registrars, if the reseller is dealing in bad faith, you can short circuit things and cut them out... not exactly sure of process or where to start though.

Can you ask him at least what's up with the hundreds of thousands of bitcoins on the move connected with MtGox wallets? It's ridiculous to watch this in real time and not know whether we are watching theft or not.

Why dont you message and ask him yourself? I see someone finally left him negative feedback.

IMO he has abandoned the account long time ago, with "Last Active: September 15, 2013, 12:50:12 AM".

Somebody hacked their site stealing all the identity information (effectively making any compensation next to impossible), and then leaked it along with what is now being rumored as malware to steal wallets.......

From what I heard, the pdf and exe files released do contain malware.
