Right that would put the buyer of the food in a very bad situation, and then they would have to explain to the police that some random guy on the internet bought the food for them in exchange for bitcoin, good luck telling the police that lol.

Not going to happen if you don't use an escrow. You order the food and it gets delivered to my place. Once it get delivered to my place, the ESCROW will give you the bitcoin that was designated for my purchase. If you don't agree to these terms, don't post in the service section.

Where are you from? I would think you are based in the USA but why not just sell the gift cards so people would be able to buy the foods they want themselves?

So true and you would have to give some random person your
name and address and be the one the food delivery place comes
after when a charge back or stolen card report happens

(not saying the OP would do that but seems scary and risky for food)
