You can use it, but it will be very slow and you will probably actually be losing money because you will be using a lot of electricity compared to how many coins you will be making.

i just want to make a test with this hwd,

i try to installing some app but i got error that stat "oopencl not found"

No, an ATI x1800 will not work for mining, not even a little. The oldest cards that support openCL are HD4xxx and maybe HD3xxx, but I don't think the latter are even supported.
