EDIT: [CLOSED] The tickets have been purchased and are no longer available.
I've got a co-worker that has an extra set of 3 tickets to the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California this Sunday, February 7, 2016.
I don't have the exact price yet, I'll talk to him about it a little later today, but I think he said he spent about $8,000 total for the 3 tickets.
He is currently trying to sell the extra tickets at the same price he paid to get them, and I offered to see if anyone in the Bitcoin community is interested in buying them.
If you want the tickets, let me know. I'll contact him and I'll see if he's sold them yet. He's not a Bitcoin user, so you would need to send payment to me (I'm happy to use a trusted forum escrow provider if you require it), and then meet up with him in the San Francisco area to receive the tickets. I'll handle converting the bitcoins to cash, and getting the cash to him when he returns to Chicago.
I am not taking any commission or fee for this. I'm not making any money personally on this transaction at all. I am just helping out a friend. While I'll not be able to verify the exact amount that he paid for the tickets, he claims that he isn't attempting to profit off these tickets at all and is just trying to recover the money he spent on them. I've known him for more than 20 years, and I trust that he is honest about the price he paid.
The tickets will not be committed to you until the Bitcoin transaction has at least 2 confirmations.
I'll update this thread with details (what section are the seats?, exactly how are the tickets?, when and where can you pick them up?) as I learn more. He's driving to San Francisco from Chicago starting earlier this morning to arrive this weekend. I'll get more information from him when I talk to him this afternoon.
Due to the short time available, these tickets will not be "held" or "reserved" for anyone without full payment. They will be available to the first person that makes the full payment in bitcoin to either to me or to escrow (or to the first person that makes the full payment directly to the seller if he finds a buyer before I do).
Refunds will not be available if you fail to show up to pick up the tickets unless a replacement buyer can be found willing to pay the same amount (or more).
A full refund along with an additional 5% fee for your inconvenience WILL be available if my co-worker fails to show up with the tickets at the agreed time and location.
