The site seems to be well designed but it lacks a bit of functionality. I noticed that there aren't payment method for my country of residence(Iran) therefor I would advise to remove it from the list of countries we could send to and most likely there are other countries as well that are not supported. Lastly I noticed that some links in the end of the page doesn't work or nothing has been assigned yet and these are the followings:
- News & Blog
- Affiliation Program
- How it works
- FAQ
And before I forgot, in the last line of the code of the page it's stating that: © 2015-ALL RIGHTS RESERVED-INSTACASH which it should be 2016 instead.

Our team will check that everything is fine with the hosting. Our website its in the works but orders should work perfectly, during nexts weeks we will be adding a CMS that will help with site usability, thanks for pointing that out, your opinion it's very important for us. We will be adding also many cool features

As for the Iran transfer, you need to enter a higher amount. I just tried with 1 BTC to Iran and you should be getting MoneyGram, Western Union, Bank transfer and Credit Card. I have just checked that MG and WU should not be in the list, but that's a backend thing I will check with my team. On the other hand, If you get bank transfer or credit card sure we will make our best to send you that funds WITHOUT FEES. Just let us know and we will do our best.

We want to be here to stay, and we will be around as many time as costumers need to trust us. We know it's not an easy path but we know a fluent communication is needed through as many channels as possible and an excellent service, and that's what our team aims to provide

As a service we are a 100% crypto organization; we act as an escrow and it's always 3rd party services who send the money to the costumers. We never release the funds until we are sure you got your cash.

ok, what am I missing.  i fill in the first field with a number and the only choice is BTC, which is fine. 

Then the second field, which is the country, I choose the USA.

Then the third field starts to populate and sits there awhile thinking about the options, then it comes back with a pop up saying there and no options available.

Thanks for checking. That is because of the amount.

For example if you input 1 BTC you will see many options coming out. Actually I can see:

MoneyGram and Western union
Paypal, OK Pay
Virtual credit card (if you want to create one)
Bank transfer, cash deposit, or transfer to your credit/debt card

This is a good thing some of you are telling; will think a way to let costumers see minimum amounts, but usually you should check over 50usd. As you go higher other methods should appear.

Be aware we are not focusing on high amounts trading right now, so probably around 3000 usd you will not be given many options.

We want to be a useful and convenient service; but we want to avoid being used in illegal ways so we are not allowing big amounts transfers.

I think there should be one internation option in country as there are no offers found for some of the countries.

For countries without results try increasing the amount (input 2 or 3 btc just to check it). Some methods have fixed fees and minimum amounts from our providers.

You got it, we try to take care of our costumers and deal with many of the services out there  to exchange their crypto in a private, easy and fast way offering you a simple and straight away process while keeping the best rate possible.

We think a service like this does not exist and should be there

My assumption is that the offers are obtained dynamically, so it always depends on the status of the market, at any point there may be no operations available for a given country, but that doesn't mean that country isn't supported.
