What do you mean ? Do you mean Unverified or Limited ?because Limited means that you won't be able to use any funds and you won't be able to add or remove bank accounts or Credit cards from it unless you provide the real information's associated with that account (including ID , passport , residence and that kind of stuff)

I added more details in the first post. The account need only a linked card now to withdraw. Nothing is said about adding other details, ID, address proof or so.

Could be able to help, but I don't think it's worth for that amount, honestly... Adding a vcc, verifying and withdrawing is not worth in my opinion.

I think that too. I dont know what are the costs for adding a vcc. But after, would be easier to transfer the money to a verified account rather than withdraw

Costs of vcc are about 1-3$ , but need a minimum $10 funding. Also, withdrawing only works to Visa cards and only in selected countries. Withdrawing also costs about 2,5$ .

If the account was worth afterwards, I would have bought it myself, but I am afraid there's no chance without providing docs.

You could try VCC from E-coin, last I heard you could also top up your account by paypal . You can possibly withdraw from another payment method(except BTC).

E-Coin issues Wirex Mastercards now, instead of Visa. Useless for withdrawing from PP unfortunately.
