It seems that bitmit.net was sold!!

Some weeks ago there was a auction to buy bitmit but it had been closed and Tosaki told that he doesnt want  to sell bitmit anymore.

For your records: Tosaki is a native german user of the community.

I asked him today about the recent downtime of bitmit.net and the missing listenings.
My PN to him was writen in Native german but you should read his answer below:
Hi

Sorry I used google to translate your pm.

No data has been lost, as it exactly the same data as before the downtime. If your username is btcgold you can watch your active items here: https://www.bitmit.net/en/user/BTCGOLD

We only delete expired, sold out and canceled items from time to time.

if you have any further questions please let me know

So it seems that he SOLD bitmit.net and his account here to somebody else because this guy used google translate to read my PN...

He confirmed it:

It is already some time ago he sold it but partially helps out with German support.

You are right, there were a little data loss but I am going to restore it now so dont worry. Kindly hold on

That means some unknown guy is holding OUR money right now and we dont know Who he is. And in fact  some UNKNOWN guy got all our email adress and account information.

As a frequent paying user I'd really like to hear a response to this, including the verifyable name and address of the current owner, actually I see no other way for me to continue using the service.

Are you sure? Can you show some link to prove this?

Didnt they have a auction on their own site to sell the domain and entire site and source a month or two ago.

Yes, but the auction was cancelled, and it was publicly announced that it wasn't going to be sold after all.

At least he should give us his old forum account here. so that we can know who  he is.

So this tosaki handed over access to his forum account to a "new tosaki" who doesn't speak German? Shady to say the least.

Tosaki ][: Mind linking the post where you officially took over, being introduced by the former owner, cause that's how I would consider serious business doing it. I also support the demand for full disclosure of your identity.

In the end Tosaki ][ only makes it look like he's not Tosaki I after all so he can run with our money claiming he's got nothing to do with it?

I'm confused if bitmit was sold or not?  Or was there a fake auction?
