There is nothing that you can do or should do about it.  The system and the those that moderate the forum care for that part and the signature campaign has its own ways of dealing with those that try to buck their system.  The fact is also that some posts are going to be short and to the point, some are there to be funny or respond and some will rattle on for hours.  I do not believe in using a campaign for the strict purpose of making a little extra money.  I sign up for it and then go about my business on the forum.  Not all posts will be counted, that is the nature of the game and at the leave of the campaign.

Each signature campaign manager have to take care of there own signaturecampaign. If people spam to often other people will complain to the person who take care of that campaign. Often people get also banned for abusing the system.
