i used bittrex for trading ALT\BTC , i recommend this exchange they have more secure site using API , but don't forget to enable 2 factor authentication

I like Bittrex, they have always been my favourite even when Cryptsy was about.  Support is decent and it also has a decent enough btc volume.

Have you had much success trading daily and staying green? I did a lot of CEX trading, what pairs do you normally follow?

I believe c-cex, Bter are good places to trade. Both have a good security and are nice places to trade.
Both are trusted, can't go wrong with them.

Do you forget about bter hack? They lost tremendous amount of bitcoin? They are still struggling to pay back the users.

c-cex is the worst platform for trading anything.
it has the worst design, it does not look good or easy at all.
worst of all is its API, it is total crap. you can't get and easy orderbook. and worst of all is the 5 second mandatory delay between requests.

and don't get me started on bter, after the stolen 7170 bitcoin the exchanger is dead.

I never tried more than 2 trading site i only tried yobit and their support is not fast to reply to their costumer but they are still legit.
Beware to choose about trading site some of them are fake or scam so this great that you ask anyone here in our forum what is the best trading site.
I hope that you can get a right trading site. and beware scammers out there...

well i used to do trading altcoins for bitcoin though i have never managed to make any profit so you should be very careful about that, also in my opinion the best place to do that is bittrex.com

I bet you that none of those sites was hacked at all (bter=mt.gox=cryptsy). It's all probably just supposed to look like a hack to get some profit out of it,
even if they "returning" some of lost coins to users (even when returning funds, they still make profit in regards to coin price now and before)
I would stay away from any alt that isn't on btc-e, because only there i think you can trade atleast with some confidence.

Trying to get back into trading daily, where do you guys trade now that Crypsty is gone?

Mine is yobit, they have a good support and you can trade 350 coins and they are adding more daily,I never had problem dealings with yobit they are one of the best exchanger/trading site in the industry right now

I think yobit is one of the best that is out there.
Also used ccex but I had some problem with it.
Yobit is the better in my opinion its easier.

Trade at Yobit, this is low volume exchange but still can be very impressive
if you trade with new coins only available on Youbit at that moment.
Bittrex is good also if you have large volumes.
Ccex , Poloniex are also very good places.

You can rent this space

I have also tried their platform do some ethereum trades and all works fine although that were small trades. I think they are better to trade altcoins in large volume than other altcoin accepting platforms.

My favorit place to trade bitcoin is : vip.bitcoin.co.id (local market)
then for altcoin i use :
-Bittrex ( high volume )
-huobi (take loan to get more profit)
-yobit (highest gain )
-poloniex (just for alternative market)
My favourite places to trade btc-alt for now only Bittrex and Poloniex , Vip.bitcoin.co.id still lack of volume because not everyone can trade in that site (only Indonesian peoples).

im never use poloniex again after i must upload id card to increase the limit trade
now Im focus at bittrex to trade altcoin
