Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Why don't you use them on your neteller account or skrill and you can be able to exchange the funds to btc very easily at a low fee.

Virwox and https://www.bitboat.net/en are the only ones I know. Be carefull when trying to get exchanges for prepaid cards via google search, many that come up are of doubtful reputation.

How much do you have? just stating the btc doesn't help me out, which country is it?
