Gotta be worth something to someone but very little. Trading and sig campaigns are pretty much the only reasons accounts have value. I can't think of any campaigns that'll put up with it, as for trading...
Best to find someone who doesn't care about that and just wants to appear old and wise. Put it up for auction and see what happens.
