Yesterday it said 24 hours from the timestamp of this post, he added 21.5 later. But it doesn't surprise me, it is Usagi after all.

The auction is in fact closed now. I'm going to be tallying up bids and contacting people soon.

Deposit was sent, BTW.

Ok guys! It's January 31st in Japan!

That means you have 24 hours left to place bids (21.5 hours from the timestamp on this post).

Once January is out the window, the auction will END -- unless someone posts a bid within 1 hour of the last bid. Then the auction will be extended for another hour.

Good luck and thanks for bidding.

Thank you usagi.  I await the signed statement.

Payment sent (0.9150089 - the 0.1 deposit = 0.8150089).

At last we see the emperor has no clothes.

Remember me calling you out on your falsified financial statements? How you inflated your asset prices beyond belief when you were claiming your companies owned ~5000BTC net asset value? How you tried to get me a scammer tag for doing the basic arithmetic you did not?

BTW, Ive not kept up with this saga, Im a little surprised Usagi still has no scammer tag, but any Nyan/BMF/CPA shareholders, do keep in mind Usagi claimed to own or paid preorders for at least 3 singles, 2 jalapeno's, and 1 single SC. Make sure those are taken in to account in the liquidation process, they might be the only assets of any real value. (That and the shipping costs that usagi claimed as assets too. I trust he will reimburse them to his shareholders now Smiley ).

So now you've sold off all your asets, what is your plan for liquidation of NYAN etc?

It is futile to speak of liberty as long as economic slavery exists.

So now you've sold off all your asets, what is your plan for liquidation of NYAN etc?

There is no plan. The assets have been sold and paid out to former investors already. Any future payments will be coming directly out of my paycheque. I have around 50 BTC on BTC-TC which is going out to investors over the next month, month and a half, plus my personal assets which I am selling (I'm STILL selling JAH, RSM, etc.) So it's going to take some time to get a fair price for what's left and pay out. Thankfully burnside has extended NYAN's stay for another month or so.

Actually on that note, if people would just vote YES on my securities I could establish a fair market value like everyone else from the GLBSE. Then I could take care of my investors a lot faster. The moderation process on BTC-TC is a bit suprising, with some asset issuers with negative OTC ratings getting approved, and other people floating unsecured personal loans, while stuff like my own assets can't get approved and people leaving defamatory statements in the comments. Despite paying out 5x more per share on a % basis than some former mining bonds which were allowed to re-list there.

But paying it off is the right thing to do in any case, so here I am, just made a payment a couple days ago... Undecided I'll be paying thru the nose on that one for a long time I think.

Well I guess, there is still the muneniichimotsu. But I would have to talk to Ukyo first.

WTF just happened to NYAN-C shares on BTCT??

My shares just disappeared, and I seem to have received a payment of just 0.001 each.

Was this your fucked up way of closing down NYAN?

They were worth zero - and had been even before GLBSE closed down.  Nyan.c would only get anything AFTER both nyan.a and nyan.b were paid in full.  That was never going to be the case once OBSI defaulted - so nyan.c was always going to be worth zero.

Yes, I guess that's true, Deprived. I was just surprised at the way it came out of the blue.

In that case, I'm happy that usagi bought those worthlerss shares back for 0.001 each.

Thanks usagi!

Next time you want to buy something for 1 BTC and sell it back to the seller a few months later for 0.001, pm me. You wont even have to thank me for it.

Puppet, I didn't sell any shares back to usagi, they just disappeared from my BTCT account, and 0.001 for each share appeared on my balance.

I had no say in this deal.

And I should have finished my last post with:

<sarcasm>
Thanks usagi!

There's no need to be rude. The company closed. This was announced months ago. This does not belong on the auction forum so I've locked the thread.

That bit where you said "thanks usagi" is truer than you realize. I gave you a gift buying them back at 0.001. I had no obligation to pay you any more money than existed in the company. That was very clearly spelled out in the contract. This was an investment fund. The assets have been sold and paid. I'm not sure what more you expect since you didn't explain why you are upset here. I don't owe you any money for NYAN.C so if that's the reason I'm sorry but I don't. If you disagree, then calm down and send me a PM and we'll discuss it.

Oh, one other thing I should mention. If my companies had been allowed to list (trade) on BTC-TC, this would not have had to happen this way. To that end, Deprived and EB advised me to submit a new contract to burnside for the listing of NYAN.A and BMF. We will see where that goes, if the companies are approved for trading then the final payment won't come as a forced buyback and I may try to just bid for all the securities. That would be fair. That is obviously what people want but it depends on the LTC-GLOBAL moderators again.

I've also asked burnside to reverse the forced buyback since so many people dislike it. It's actually quite normal, but if people don't want the gift payment of 0.001 I will see if I can take it back and work out another way to buy back the shares.

In any case any kind of forced buyback will be announced/discussed in the future and a news item posted.
