It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Pfff... i remember that some time ago, a guy contacted me to sell his LeuPay to me... But i didn`t took it, because i didn`t know what to do with it... And now you need LeuPay Smiley...

Yeah most people don't have their leupay cards and I have received mine and I am able to withdraw the funds.

Hmm, so LeuPay has a card? I didn`t bother atleast to make an account when that guy asked me to buy LeyPay...

is there any fee to order the card? or is free like Payoneer?

The card is free, but to receive the card it's better to pay for the delivery.

For you information Leupay is more terrible compare to paypal Grin
I have done about 20 transactions and I got scammed once or twice, but what I found out is that internal transactions cannot be reversed no matter how many times you complain with proof that you got scammed, so leupay is very safe.
