I want to exchange Paypal 200$+ to Bitcoins. I can pay above the market price and I can wait hours to a day (or maybe even more) so you can be sure there are no charge-backs or anything.
Do you know of any way/site/forum/ where I can Paypal to BTC?
Probably looking for long term.

You need to wait 180 Days until a chargeback isn't possible anymore
