Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

It could be anything...

That being said, because it's essentially a pre-announcement, I think that it shouldn't belong there until the company is revealed.

Yep +1. I'm still waiting for a reply from him though - it could be a placeholder for an announcement soon.
