Poloniex locking withdrawals , 12 hrs support ticket unanswered

I hope it's not another gox! I loaded a bunch of MINT onto Poloniex and sold it during the recent pump. Tried to withdraw BTC to 3 wallets. It froze withdraws, I put in a ticket about 12 hrs ago, no response. Have about 1 1/4 btc stuck. I hope this isn't a snatch and grab or another insolvent exchange. I would recommend caution if you're thinking of depositing there.

i was heard some people have same issue regarding withdrawal in these exchange as your and just for you know that poloniex has lack of response and mostly you will get their answer for next 24 hours or even more since you send support ticket

Did you verify your poloniex account before you made your withdrawal? Poloniex only lets you withdraw funds based on your verification level. I don't know how much an unverified account is allowed to withdraw, but it's either not much per day, or nothing. Despite that, they should reply to support tickets faster than 12 hours.

I heard some issue the same as your problem somewhere here in our forum or i read it in other forum. Maybe this site will turn to scam like cryptsy remember but we need to confirm it before accusing it. Did you try to exchange it to other coins and try again to withdraw?
Just try it first because someone tried this method in cryptsy and it works..

That still are only hours, I would not be afraid. Write ticket to support and wait for an answer.
Poloniex had in the past a lot of problems and fixed everything out. This exchange is working for their future.

More of the "I'll make an alt and start a topic so me and my signature campaign buddies can spam it up" topic variety it appears. I just withdrew from Polo yesterday with zero issues.

this is most probably because he did not follow some of their rules, simple as that. people almost always click accepting the rules without reading them.
AFAIK they have set some strict rules about how much you can withdraw if you don't provide enough personal information.
